After doing much research and brainstorming as to how to keep Isabel out of the tree, we picked out our tree today! Generally we cut down our own, but this year we went with a pre-cut tree from the same Christmas Tree Farm. We got it home and realized that it was 2 feet taller than our ceilings, gave it a little trim on the top and bottom, and we were good to go! Hopefully the exercise pen we picked up from the pet store will work it's magic--it better for $100!
