When Grandma H. first gave Isabel this outfit last year, it didn't fit and she didn't really show off much of her personality. Today, I was filtering through Isabel's drawers and found it and figured, I'd try it on her. It was a little tight, but at least we could get a few pics of her in it.
She was in one of those moods and wearing it, even if only for a little while, was quite fitting!
