Army crawling and sitting up all by myself!

Isabel has been working on getting around for a few weeks now. She started by moving just a little to reach a toy that was a little too far away. She has since progressed to army crawling all the way across the living room. She'll even scoot from her play area to the kitchen and slap her hand on the kitchen floor to get my attention. What a demanding little girl!

It is actually really funny to watch her get around. She acts like she doesn't have functioning legs. One day, she'll find them and figure out that if she uses them along with her arms, she would have a much easier time getting around. For now, this works for her.

Also today was the first time she was really sitting up on her own for minutes and able to reach all around and pick up toys to taste them.

There are lots of pictures of these great accomplishments!
