We are so lucky to have such a great dog! Delilah is wonderful with Isabel. She loves to give Izzy kisses (mostly in the mouth) and is really careful around her when she is playing on the floor. She understands that Izzy doesn't play with her toys and she also does not play with Isabel's toys. See in the photos, they each have their own toy! (I know, we'll see how long this lasts!)
I think they are only going to grow closer once Izzy starts eating real food and tosses Delilah her leftovers. She'll be thrilled!
Delilah is starting to get a bit jealous when we clap and cheer as Izzy rolls over or pulls herself up. She used to think we were cheering for her all of the time, but now she knows that the excitement is not directed at her. Sometimes, Delilah will get all sassy and try and get our attention. She is learning that she is no longer out littlest princess, but we still love her just the same!
