After a weekend of being waited on in the hospital, we were hoping the the doctor would let us go home on Monday after spending only 3 (instead of 4) nights in the hospital. We got lucky and headed home just in time to feed Delilah dinner. They wheeled me down to the entrance and Dad carried Izzy down in the first trip in her carrier (and her first elevator ride). Then Dad got the car ready and picked us up. We then headed home for our first car trip as a family. Izzy slept the whole way home!
