Today Mom and Dad gave baby
Izzy her first
bath. Since we haven't had our baby shower yet, we did not have a baby bath, so we just bathed her on the kitchen counter. We used a big red bath towel to lay her on for the bathing and used two cereal bowls filled with warm water to wash and rinse her with her fish washcloths. We then wrapped her up in her snuggly fish towel. We dried her off, Dad brushed her hair, we got her dressed on the kitchen table, and then Mom finished the spa day off with a mini manicure. We think it went pretty well for our first try. I'm sure we'll improve with time.
