This morning we celebrated Mother's Day with Grandma H. We had McDonald's for breakfast and then everyone had to start getting ready to head downtown for Nick's Law School graduation ceremony. Izzy and I were not going to be able to attend, since it would be quite hard to keep her happy for so long. We spent the late morning/early afternoon at Grandma M.'s house.
We met the rest of the family at dinner and Izzy was not a happy camper. She was tuckered out from the long weekend and was ready to go home. I was able to get her to fall asleep in my Moby wrap for about an hour and took advantage of the opportunity to eat. We were all pretty pooped from the busy weekend. By the time we finally got back home it was after 10:00 pm...and tomorrow is Monday!
